The world is moving ahead like a whirlpool in a jet speed, so it is pulling everyone and everything with it. The age old theory of 'survival-of-the-fittest' has re-surfaced and this time with a bang. The competition is sky-high, but to become fit to fitter, and fitter to fittest, the resources are ready around you, only you have to tap and take it. This reminds me of a quote by a great Indian entrepreneur, "Don't search for opportunities in far off places, opportunities are always floating around you, just take it". Resources are everywhere, infrastructures are everywhere, and simultaneously we have competition everywhere, in every stream in every walk of life, you just cannot run away from that.

When I see AIDA at its present position, which we have achieved in a very small amount of time, it provides a great pride and personal satisfaction.
